I would like to know how much extra fees (deposit, etc.) I have to pay when picking up the car. (It is possible pay cash or with credit card? Do you accept all credit cards?

Search online, what you see is what you pay for the renta (no extra fees). You can pay online with all credit cards, no cash. You have to book and pay online in advance.

I saw a Ford Fiesta - rental price 1.099 CZK/day... I have to pay some deposit too? If so, how much?

At STEP2 of our 3 step online booking process, to the right of the car photo of your choice, is a link entitled "IMPORTANT INFORMATION". Click on this link and it will open an additional smaller window, where the terms and conditions appertaining to that particular car at your chosen location are displayed. Choose the tab "PAYMENT". For example Amigo Autos deposit is 750 euro.

Yes, the deposit is held on your credit card, NOT charged. Cash is not accepted. Under "IMPORTANT INFORMATION" > "PAYMENT" you can see what the credit / debit card requirements are.
